Once the customer has decided which option they want, they can accept the proposal and sign right in-app. If the customer isn't ready to sign off right away, Acquire makes it easy to print out or email proposal options in the same, clean, beautiful format seen in-app. When a proposal is accepted, it automatically becomes an invoice that can be emailed or printed. Proposals are assigned to specific jobs, locations, or customers so you can have a detailed file on proposed, completed or declined jobs.
Data is automatically shared for a seamless integration between field techs and back office. The app works both on and offline, syncing with the back office after reconnecting with service.
